Hi, I'm Rose.

For over 35 years I have had the privilege of providing caring, quality real estate service for buyers, sellers, and investors all along the Colorado Front Range.

I like to say that I treat my clients like family.  Family always comes first, and I will go over and beyond the call of duty to make sure your real estate experience is fun and enjoyable.

My Story

I guess you could say I've been into real estate since the early 1970's.  I remember going to showings and Open Houses with my mother, who was a top agent in Southern California.  What I loved most about her business was how she maintained a positive rapport with her buyers and sellers throughout her real estate transactions.  I also remember going door-to-door with handmade flyers advertising her listings - remember, there was no Internet back then!

Fast forward 20 years... in 1989 I got my real estate employing broker's license.  Back then you could choose between 2 different licenses, sales or broker.  I chose to go the harder route and endured the longer, more arduous broker test, and have never regretted it.  In 1990 my husband, a real estate attorney, and I opened RJM Property Management Company. The Denver market was rough back then with a lot of bank-owned foreclosures, so we took over all of the management for Western Federal Savings and Loan, which was nearly 300 properties!  It was a handful but a great experience.

In 1995 I sold the property management firm and started a boutique firm called Investment Professionals.  The time was ripe for real estate investment opportunities, and I enjoyed seeing regular people succeed with real estate investments.  Today, those clients still thank me for my advice since the market - and their rental home values - have skyrocketed, allowing the majority of them to retire off the income.

I also worked for my husband's real estate law firm as a paralegal while assisting my real estate clientele.  This was invaluable to me as I was able to see first-hand how the legal system works in real estate, and I learned a great deal about contract law, construction litigation, and many other useful topics.  I continued assisting with real estate law for the next 21 years.

I'm also a self-proclaimed "computer geek".  And proud of it too!  I design websites, engage in social media and digital marketing campaigns, edit and design videos, and lots of other fun stuff.  (In case you're wondering, yes - I designed this website, the logos, and everything you see here).  All of that marketing expertise has come in handy to help my sellers get top dollar and a fast sale on their home.

When I'm not assisting my clients with their real estate needs, I stay busy spending time with my wonderful husband, my lovely daughter, and my 6 grandkids.  (And let's not forget my Golden Retriever, Gracie)!

I hope to meet you and hear YOUR story soon!
